	School Street Park, Agawam $1.68 million of Agawam’s CPA funds were devoted to the development of this new park, which features ballfields, senior citizen areas, and a bike path, among other amenities.
	Clipper City Rail Trail, Newburyport This three-mile bicycle/jogging trail created with CPA funds runs through downtown Newburyport and in a complete circle around the city.
	Ekblaw Landing, Grafton Transformation of a run-down property into a boat launch and an attractive community gateway.
	Riverwalk Park, Peabody CPA funds were used for the construction of a park and small plaza along the North River in Peabody.
	Horizons For Youth Camp acquisition, Sharon The town of Sharon used its CPA funds to acquire a former camp on the shore of Lake Massapoag for active and passive recreational use.
